LoL, we've left the under panels off for now, while we make sure it all works and will add them later. Side exit exhaust helps.

It'll be on the corner scales tomorrow I expect, but I have a feeling Colin might be coy about that, unless it's heavier than the old one, which it might well be with the extra cage and iron block etc.

What type of internels are you using in the gearbox to cope with the power?

Gearbox is all standard BE3 and BE4 parts mixed and matched, with Gripper plate diff and shortened 406 TD driveshafts, operated by "Satchshift" of course!

Does the standard internals not struggle with the power or is it the torque that kills the BE3 gearbox

Always great to see a "Pro Build"

Its nice, well from my point of view to see what there doing to copy/adapt a few ideas.

As all I'll be doing is a few trackdays I dont think anyone will mind, I hope...

One thing for certain that car flies, whats it rev to? it almost sounds like its fitted with a bike engine. LOL

Iirc the manufacturer of the pug boxes stated low to mid 200's lbft limit, so the 190 odd that the engine produces is fine for a fresh build, if not abused!

Car is looking great there, sooooo light and I'm very jealous :)

I'm running. Over 220lb of torque on a be1 box and it's been fine :), and that gets a lot of abuse :)

Dear Santa.

Can I have that soundtrack in my life this Xmas? I promise that I've been a good boy.
