Well here we go again. Really should have replaced the sill the first time around!

Yes Paul if you need a sill repair you usually are better to whack the whole sill on ,rather than just a patch repair  if only to make sure there is no further nastiness hiding in there . That's surprisingly crusty at the back !

Yeah horrible isnt it. It lives outside all year and the drivers side wasnt touched 7, 8? Years ago. Oh well!

After a lot of delay, bad cut out, now to be blasted, new metal put in then on to paint #atsomepoint.
