That last pic, is that fixing for the subframe? mine had captive nuts in the shell to bolt the subframe up to, is that in your pic what mine should have had?

All looks very shiny but surely the shell needs to go to the bodyshop on the spit so they can paint the underside of it, wheelarches etc??

spent a few hrs out in the garage tonite mainly fitting rear beam and finding parts that the bodyshop require such as lights door rubbers door catches etc so they can line up everything and I couldn't help myself had to fit lights to see what it all looked like.

I didn't like the look of the door catches so I asked my dad if he could make some stainless steel ones with new plastic covering these look great and we have 3 more sets if anyone else is interested. I also have picked up my steering column that has been converted with a corsa b power steering column and yet again my dad as done a fantastic job with this. wont be long and this will be back on its wheels and I can get over to bodyshop then can make a start on engine and gearbox.

Had a trial fitting of the steering column and looks like its goung to clear everything may need some final tweaking when dash goes in fully.
