As said above what a sensible decision, such piece of mind and the finish should be great especially if that is what you are striving for. You won't be chasing rust every 6 months! And probably far cheaper in the long run :)

Got the steering rack and anti-roll bar brackets from the vapour blasters just need to sort the new bearings for the rack out then can build up subframe ready to be bolted onto new shell.

I know I was always on about keeping it original but I feel now the shell has been replaced that's not so important anymore.

well without sounding a patronising dik , i would have done mine grey if I re-shelled mine but seen as its original i better keep it blue

I think you should spray it the colour you like ( and i know you dont like red too much )

I think the grey looks great from any angle, in any light and seems to have a much greater depth, that you just don't get with the red.

My next one will be Grey..

I feel red looks great on a standard 205 but does nothing to the dimma kit

Is T16 grey the same as graphite grey or is it lighter more like steel?

there is a really lovely black one on here already, so perhaps not black, grey sounds nice, but then there are questions about trim colour etc.

Another good day for the project got the call from dimma that wheels are all refurbed so should have them by end of week and picked first batch of parts from platers all looking good there are a few bolts that didn't come up too well but will just replace the worse ones.

seems a shame that half of that will be put on the car where it wont be seen!
