Yer c12 with some extra bits. Erm rad is quite alot, they haven't done a 205 one before. But if anyone needs items done and want perfection they are def worth a call :)

dash mounted again. Started actually putting the wiring together last night... another evening on it tonight.

all my padlocks are holding your mum to my bed sadly, but got several integral locks on the garage door :)

 

Yer, they're the boys when it comes to alloy stuff, top quality.

 

Got the rear loom lengths, soldering and shrinking done last night, chucked it roughly in place lol. Just need to terminate the ends and that will be all done, then time to attack the loom between the relay box and bulkhead connectors.

pinned out all the light connectors and sorted them out last night.

 

Ordered a SBC 45mm inlet manifold today too, get some tooters back on it soon. Garage session again to finish the connectors and heat shrinking :)

Ok, so to continue my over the top build heres the start of the wiring loom, rear section up to fuel tank now complete, and all earth straps (32A earth straps, but weigh nothing and v small :D)

Yer, lightweight 16.5A wire, heatshrink, glue heatshrink and gold connectors ftw ;)

Ok, so a non existant SBC second had manifold arrived yesturdary... looks great, much better than my old one.

also needed to tidy the house so balanced the rad on the front

Looking buffffffff! :D

 

You should chop out that crossmember and get the rad down proper low on a little amuninium frame. We have an AC TIG now and I'm itching to get some practise on alu. :D
