My damn MI-engine missfires under load :) after some seconds it runs nearly normal but it needs its time

if i´m opening the throttle it won´t rev directly

There´s nothing the engine could get some fault air, everything is closed.

dizzycap is new, plugs are new, module and coilpack are also new :(

This car is making me ill

is it able to rev high when you apply the throttle very slowly?

have you got spare Air Flow Meter and Crank Angle Sensor to test with?

is your Throttle Position Switch correctly setup (clicks on idle and unclicks when the throttle moves)?

Well, probably they took the 4x108 out of their range?!

take a look at ebay germany, there you can get them i think

If i apply the throttle very slow the engine will rev higher but very very slow. If i hold the throttle position at its point, the engine revs quicker ?!

have you seen the caps program on the xu servicing forum sticky, might be worth checking that the AFM is sending the correct voltage signals, it can easily be back probed with a multi meter, takes 5 mins and an assistant to hold the revs at a particular point.

Well, after i wasn´t able to get the Compo TH Mono street legal here in germany is was searching for something looklike and found these here:

This pic is taken from the web, mine are silver sprayed.

After i took of the silver paint, this yellow with the letters came out as you can see on the pic.

But i´ll polish them cause it will match better to the car i think.

My friend Jan has finshed the exhaust system yesterday, looks great i think.

Nearly every part came from TT Turbo, his own company. All stainless steel with a 4-1 exhaust manifold.

Fits excellent this backbox from Devil France
