Its got to be worth checking the wires you've extended. It is a very confusing fault, as they spark occasionally there can't be much wrong.

Well i still have the problem that i don´t have spark behind the coil

if the connector isn´t connected with the coil i just have power on one pin, if its connected i have power on all 4 pins

Don´t think that´s right.

 

Any ideas?

Good news,

 

after a friend and me installed the loom out of 405 mi16 today we tried to started the engine, nothing happened But, we had spark and fuel what wasn´t given with the old loom.

We took the injectors out, they were closed, of course they weren´t used since 2,5 years.

After we cleaned them, the engine now runs for the first time, ok, without exhaust systems but it runs

I´m so happy

Now, i´ll take out the old loom, install the new one proper, finish the rest and the season can come

makes me sad that a limited edition is being broken when any old 1.9 has the same parts... why do it?

As you can see there´s the old TU-Engine inside

The crash was the result when women means to turn the car on street and have no eyes for the traffic

But my car was repaired very quickly

Just removed the JAZ-Loom and inserted the Mi-one. Engine runs well but he won´t rev higher, don´t know why.

If i put the pedal to the floor the engine cuts, sometimes he dies

Yellow injectors are the standard injectors used on the Mi. They are the same yellow injectors used on the 1.9 8v Gti infact. They'll be fine.

no and you couldn't properly use larger ones without remapping the ECU anyway.

well, i planed to install a programable system like omex or megasquirt one day. so i´ll start with original system first.
