nothing wrong at all. Just dreading doing the wiring! I'm gona start it this weekend hopefully. I take it its best to do the looms with the engine out?

if you want the send the 205 loom (two brown connectors) and gti6 loom, i'll mate most up for you????

i did my conversion, with engine and loom in the car (205) and just labelled the wires up and soldered them together

ok cool, label them up esp the 306 loom as it has numbers on each cable

it's easy then

ok, final touches tonight

had ir running, and it holds water, not run it hot hot yet thought

the exhaust needs work, as i thing the downpipe to manifold needs work and the joins need work, but thats somethig for rossi to sort once he got it ;)

but the dredded mechanic strikes again ;)

i thought the engine sat a touch to low, so i took the engine mount off, see if you can see the problem in the pictures,

also noticed he has exteneded the bottom arm to much so another small job for rossi

the rear brake line i have crimped, but i'd not like to drive it like that

the fuel pipe is a bodge to get it running too, so again, needs sorting

need an air filter

also needs the ECU mounted secure, as i have just cable tied it in place

but on the plus side,

ALL the gauges work, it ticks over fine,

You want ot look for a plastic battery box from a 306 to mount the ECU in the engine bay, You can see it just behind the battery on this pic with the blue diagnostics plug in the top of it. I had to move the expansion tank slightly left ot get it to fit snugly, but it makes it a lot more watertight and factory looking

Well, the pug is back with me and i'm chuffed to bits with what spiky's done. Really good work, It fires up straight away, no hesitation. Still a fair bit of work to be spent on it, but at least the tedious part (wiring) is 99% complete!

Gave it a well deserved wash today, 1st wash in waay over a year heh.

My BBM kit came today but no one was there to sign for it :)

I'm looking for some gti6 brakes in time, so if anyone has some for sale, give me a bell.
