zigy 0 Posted December 15, 2008 Hi I just bought a 205 but the key doesn't enter fully in the ignition barrel so I think that there´s a broken key inside i already made this far as show in the picture but know I can´t figure out how the barrel key is remove. any help will be appreciated ps: sorry about the my English as I´m from portugal Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Rom 0 Posted December 15, 2008 To remove the barell the key needs to be turned to the first or second mark i think (someone will confirm as my memory is rubbish!) Then there is a little pip that you push in, and the barell slides out. But with the key stuck in there, and no way to turn the barell im not to sure how to go about it ? nick 3 Posted December 15, 2008 If there is a key stuck in there you should be able to turn it with a screwdriver. Failing that, take the upper column off the car and just punch the securing "pip" out, the barrel will just fall out then. Nick Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
