the dash unit is a spa design, i think the noble has the same dash in it.

How easily did the display integrate into the wiring on the 205? I'm strongly considering one for the rally car rebuild next year, just wondered if they were easy enough to transplant/splice into the 205?

IIRC the SPA dash uses all its own sensors and loom, so is a pretty easy fit.

Just wondering how and where you came across that running gear? ive searched Google and ebay to death and cannot find it listed anywhere :(

Tryed BX 4x4 and the 405 4x4 and neither seem to show anything. im guessing these are rare parts? would it be cheaper to buy a cosworth rear diff? and just stick the cosworth engine in there aswel to save the hassle and time, tracking the parts down? etc....

or is there anything else i can try? from any other 4x4 cars such as the pulsar?

Mi16 4x4. Getting rarer but do turn up from time to time.

Nooo! Don't want any more 405 4x4's chopped up for their transmission. Fair enough if the engine is knakered of the shell is shagged but to cut up a perfectly good one would cause me to hate you. Might as well go for the spaceframe under the boot floor way and nick scooby parts

yeah i wouldnt chop up a perfectly good car either, i was only searching for the drive shafts, rear diff and gearbox.. im not a fan of destroying things that arnt already destroyed...

but i will have to look into the scoobys and see what id require.

WOW!

Brilliant effort. We've seen and heard it running, now I'd love to see it moving. Please post some videos of it on a track or private road when you get the chance.
