Recommended Posts

hiya all

im trying to identify a metal pipe that runs along the back of the 2.0l turbo engine underneath the exhaust manifold, it sits in two sort of 'u' shaped brakets

its painted black is around a foot or so long has two mounting points welded to it and is about 1/2" in diameter

anyone got an idea? give me a part number and im yours forever :D

thought that one was the thinner one which is bolted in this one looks like it would have a hose and jubilee clips on both ends (it has a shoulder and ridges at both ends) maybe a water pipe?

although on 406 it looks like the water feed pipe comes in several parts unlike on my XM which has a one piece turbo feed and top radiator hose
