Can Anybody Tell Me What This Is Called?

i thought it was the tps (throttle position sensor) but i'm not 100% sure

yellow plug is the throttle body heater, black pipes are crankcase breather and EVAP pipe.

does the evap pipe need blocking off or connecting to anything?

checked servicebox, 1920X6 is used on the RFY XU10J4 (s16 etc) the RFS (10J4RS) and ES9J4 (early 406 V6)

either block it off or connect it to the charcoal canister if fitted/retained
