just a thought if you've got a soldering iron you could try putting the bit on the bolt head so that the bolt heats up and it might burn/melt some of the stuff thats holding it although might be wise to let it cool down again incase it makes it too soft

Yeah, gonna have to try both because I've rounded mine off. It is a spare AFM so it's no big deal but I'd like to try this and see if it improves the running at all.
