sutol 0 Posted February 13, 2008 You wont believe the trouble I've had getting front ARB bushes to fit My 1.9 GTI I measured them at 17mm but the motor factor keeps coming back with 20mm bushes and insists they are right. I've measured the diesel TD bar and that is also 17mm as is the Gentry which is supposidly 1.6 GTI Have I got an odd bar or are the motor factors wrong?? You also have to remember that the GTI uses to different bushes as there is a locating bulge for one side. I'd just forget the factors and go straight to pug. sutol 0 Posted February 14, 2008 Cheers for that, I measured the bar thicknesses of a 1.9 a 1.8TD and a Gentry and they are all 17 mm. The hole in the bushes that came off the 1.9 is 17mm so those three models are all the same Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
