Batteryless Engine Bay Pics

Recommended Posts

Bakes100

Hi

Does anyone have any engine bay pics of a gti6 engined 205 with the battery in the boot??

As im thinking of doing this in mine due to the lack of room and i was wondering how people mounted the ECU and other items when the battery box wasnt present.

Thanks :D

Thanks mate,

Where are u going to mount your ecu??? as i was thinking of maybe chopping the original battery box part off, leaving the ecu in its casing and mounting the ecu flat on the original battery mount as im not keen on having the ecu unprotected.

Cheers

Another idea, look into 106 XSI etc ecu covers. They are stored in the bay

Stick the ECU under the dash - far neater.

Cheers Guys :)

Where abouts did you run the wires for the battery??? As obviously it will need to be securely attached and may show up under the carpet??
