don't know if this has been done or if I breaks any forum rules ? ( if so I apologise )

 

as above keep it going and im sure we can make a few people happy to see there old pride and joy in good hands

ment to add i front end smashed the car but was sold with intent of putting back on road

J367 MLW has a SORN in place, April 1992 is date of first reg, just did a check out of curiosity!

 

F586 MJM must have only lasted a couple of years after my old man sold it, pretty sure he sold it around '97.

I had that car for around 5 years between 1998 & 2003. I sold it to just GTI for around £700 right at the bottom of the market, though it needed a new synchro in 3rd and had around 130k on the clock.

 

I got caught speeding in that car, 122.7 mph average speed! Ouch!

It's got 153000 on the clock now so not done many in 11 years.

I bought it off a bloke in Newcastle around 6 years ago who had it sat in lockup not doing much with it.

 

It's undergone a few mods since then it's now a 2.1 gti6 turbo at 300hp and I've just finished fitting the skyline 4pot brakes and sl434s tonight.

 

I'm on my phone so not a clue how to get any pics to you at the minute. I will do when I'm on the computer.

 

Will you be at pugfest this year?

miami blue 1.9 - K281GWK .. dad drove it back from Wales with no oil and engine was knocking it's tits off, they sold it mega cheap cos I was too busy building a 306 to bother with it

E149 KPA Doubt it's still around these days. It had done 160k when I part ex'd it for my 106 GTI back in 2001.

 

 

Looks like it might have lived on for another two years after I got rid of it.
