Looks great mate. Tyre wear and cornering better with the camber? Or didn't it get dry enough to tell?

Well everything is getting a little more serious.. been offered small amount of sponsorship to do a round of time attack later this year in the car.. I am due another operation which will put me out of action for track driving for 6weeks or so... trying to get a trackday in next week if possible but not sure exactly when operation is yet.

In the mean time I have bought fibreglass boot, bonnet and passenger door off ebay, all need a little work and ordered a new drivers door off ecosse.

Need to get them all fitting as nicely as possible and painted, fit plastic rear windows, remove sunroof, change gearing to that it does more than 105-110mph :)

I have swapped out the OMP bucket seats as I seem to suit Sparco's better as my back was killing me after Cadwell, I possible need a slimmer driver seat but at least my back should be okay

What class and other cars will you be against in time attack?

I fancy doing something in mine you see.

I presume NA class. Think a fiesta st and an astra vxr and a civic. Which doesnt sound much but they were pretty quick at first round at silverstone

I'll be interested to see how you get on with that. Make sure you're fixed by November and I'll spanner for you at brands if you want.

Astra VXR won't be in NA class, but you should fair well against Civic's although they do punch out a fair bit of power with good breathing mods alone

Have expressed interest in doing time attack at cadwell in august. I wont have masses of time to prep the car because I need to spend time on my drag car which I am driving st ten of the best at the end of July.

Started fitting fibreglass bonnet today.
