Thanks, Ok cool all i new was that it was a fake but thats pretty obvious. I like the kit and think its better then a rear dimma, just not 100% sure on the fins in the back wing mite take them out, make it look more lyk the T16 rally car.

This is the OMP cage i bought middle of this year, thought it would be better geting a pre welded cage, not sure if it was a good idea now. But it cost £500 and supposedly only weights 26kg with the door bars.

What do you mean pre-welded? All 'bolt-ins' are, but you'll still need to do some welding.

Yeah i no but you get ones from like custom cages that are like a kit that just weld the bars together, i thought this would be a better idea so its not my welding am relying on for when i crash.

What are you going to do with the car once it's finished? I mean, will it be a normal road car?

Em well im planing / hoping that it will go on the road, haha but i've changed my mind again with the build after some encouragement from friends, So its back to plan A and put a gti 6 in the back of the car. Not sure how this will be to drive, i've seen people on this forum do it befour and they managed to get the car moted, but to be honest the car will never see a track, it will be track spec id think though, quite a stupid title i have chosen, although it will be a replica T16 with colours and grafics hopfuly.
