Dimma Kitted 205 Track Car.

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

Iv been looking at this forum for a year now and thought i should join as it looks verry helpful. Iv had a fue 205s so far this is 1 of 2 dimma i have, I bought this 1 not relizing how bad it was, so probs payed to much for it. When i started stripin it i was thinking of mibby making the car rear engined and make a T16 replica, after a year bussy with the other dimma soon for sale i now think i will just keep the engine in the front, but will get rid of the rear torsion bar suspension and fit a subframe with the same set up as the front wish wishbones and coilovers. The only problem i could find is the rear brakes havin to make it cable and hydrolic for the MOT, and wasnt sure is the engine in the boot would pass the MOT either.

So please take a look if this sounds interesting to you, I would appreciate comments on the build as to what you think or if you think i am doing something rong, i dont have much mechanical experience, But i am a pannel beater so i do no abit about cars. Thanks for looking.

Heers the car i bought mid december 2010, kinda chavy lookin. lol

Looks a good base :) Not a genuine dimma kit im afraid, 3 fins in the quarters rather than 4 and the shape of the rear arch gives it away too.

Looking forward to updates.

Sorry its maxi front wing on the other so the come out lyk 2" then go back in to line up withe the door so its smoother the front wings on this 1 just flare out and then have lyk a 2" drop into the doors looks more aggresive i think.
