It's 305 GTX seats actually but they've been replaced with some black gti half leather seats. :)

I love the Dimma T16 style dashboard. We never got those in the UK as they are LHD specific :)

HOW ON EARTH DOES 400BHP WORK IN A FWD 205 LOL :D

I'd give ya 10k for that, and thats probably no where near enough lol, bet it lots of fun :P ?

In a orginal 205GTi done nothing to but the engine conversion it surley would be a real hell. ;)

This though is uprated in almost every way possible for a fwd and still its awaiting adjustments and better parts.

Its all about uprated heavy duty parts that can handle the BHP and NM,

having the right setup on suspension with wide track, lowering, stiffness, right angles and good tyres,

making it as near to 50/50 wheight distribution as possible,

having the right parts and setup for the engine/gearbox and ofc a soild cage.

In the videos the engine was standard and had fitted a DP Welders Nightmare Manifold and Downpipe, Turbonetics WG, Garrett GT3071R.

(Will run with the same parts except the annoying Turbonetics WG and the GT3071R will be swapped for the newer GT30R with better flow in the turbinehousing etc).

The dyno bench the car was tested on unfortunately did not handle over 290BHP. Which meant that one had to turn the boost pressure down to 1kg.

The car is driven mostly with 1.5kg of pressure, but it has also been driven pretty hard with the orginal engine internals on approximately 1.8 kg and 7500 rpm,

1.5kg is quite good for road use.

Now the XU10J4TE engine has been upgraded (after loosing oilpressure as can be seen at the ACR clip).

Arrow H-profile Rods

Wössner Forged Pistons

ARP studs

ML gearbox with ML axles and Quaife diff

Bottomend is wheightbalanced

The block is bore honed and all engine bearings is new.

Peugeot Sport "sloshplate"

PeterT pickup and a sandwichplate from 1.9 Mi16.

And the wheels are now OZ's fitted with slicks with Treadwear 30.

The picture of your PTS arched CTI is being used on an eBay advert in the UK!! http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...em=310296889754

He he, yes I saw this the other day. Sendt the seller a msg but havent got any reply.

Was acctually asking him to buy that stunning car he have just for the fun of it ;)

I dont really care as long as the plates are covered and they are, so no harm done, but had been fine if asked first thats all.

(Btw: I have a very rare PTS-kit for sale so if anybody is interested feel free to contact me)

Hi

Have you got some more picture of black 205? I will maybe paint my 205 in the same color like your.

Thank you

How slow can I go? Sorry for very late reply! But havent had much time to spend on the forum lately.

Now I've desided to sell 3 of my cars because of other interests and less sparetime. Will be keeping the "T16", DIMMA and the Rallycar.

The Berlingo "VTS" was put back togetherr with it's orginal engine and of it went. The VTS engine went in for a new turbo (GT2871R) to the "T16" for faster spool up and less lag then the GT3071R.

Also going to get a 360° thrust bearing for it and flowprep for even faster spoolup, reliability and lifetime.

Since last time I've also bought a 406 SVTi (SRi 2.0 Turbo) and a 3008 HDi PP as daily drivers.

And yes of course I've got more pictures of the 205 "T16. Here you go...

First buildup (more or less standard engine with custom made parts and some juice).

Thanks mate! Yes, I love The DIMMA its my favourite car of them all. The "T16" dash is LHD specific delivered from DIMMA originally. Not much more info than that. :)

i was looking at the pics of the black s16 turbo/T16 and was just wondering whats the reason for the spacers on the drop link arms??

Josh having a closer look at the photo, the wishbone is clearly some customer job, which looks to be wider than standard at that point, where the drop link might have fouled if not spaced!

First of all the engine is a XU10 J4TE and not a XU10 J4D/Z. Isn't it kind of obvious why theres a spacer on there? For the droplinks to fit and clear the wishbone arms. :)

i got that same dash build in my dailydriver ('91 Gentry). A couple of years ago i bought 2 Dimma dashes, which came of the only Dimma-dealer we had here in the Netherlands. It's made of polyester, foam and leather/alcantara. the lightgrey one i sold to a fellow dimma-driver. The other one i kept, but didn't built in my Dimma. Because that one has a full leather-dash. But it was to rare to sell it...

Nice to see another one with the same dash. i only saw it in a folder. The lightgrey-version have i seen before by an other dutch (ex-german) CTi Dimma. But my version not...

Ooh, I reckon the smaller one looks really trick, while still OE-looking.

Also, both of you appear to have Kenwood D-Mask headunits, if I'm not mistaken? :)
