  1. Hi All, I am trying to put a RFV (XU10J4R) into my 205 with its original ecu and loom. The ECU is a Bosch MP 5.2 (0 261 204 833) - it comes from an automatic 306 cabriolet. What I am doing for a start is removing the siemens auto box ECU wiring from the loom. I have done so by cutting 8 wires (and two earths) - 3 of the wires go to the round multiplugs (a pink to the small one, a purple and a grey one to the larger multiplug) and 5 go to the 5.2 ECU. Using a test light and battery I determined which pin each of the 5 wires goes to and using the autodata pdf attached here ( http://forum.205gtidrivers.com/index.php?showtopic=116827 ) I came up with following, which I need help in understanding. Wire | Destination | Autodata diagram destination ________|____________|_________________________________ 1. (white) - goes to pin 31 - which isn't the autodata chart attached. 2. (white) - goes to pin 23 - goes to the AC clutch relay. 3. (white) - goes to pin 6 - Tachometer and Data Link Connector 4. (yellow) - goes to pin 13 - Data Link Connector 5. (green) - goes to pin 16 - Data Link Connector So here are my first questions: 1.) What is the Data Link Connector, 2.) Does the PDF look correct? and 3.) Why does the knock sensor attach to the loom through the gearbox ECU? Once I have cut the gearbox loom connectors off (the 8 wires) the knock sensor goes with it Can you please point me in the right direction? And does anyone have a proper ECU pinout for the 5.2? Regards, Michael
