  • Short Description I got this as a 1.6 with crappy fabic interior and had been sat in a field for 5 years. After driving it for 2 weeks I started getting gearbox and clutch problems so rather than spend money on the under powered 1.6 I bought a full 306 gti6 from a friend for £200 and then as they the rest was history.

  • Engine & Gearbox Standard gti6 other than a bright red inlet manifold
  • Suspension & Steering Cut spax lowering springs and spax shocks on the front and standard but lowered on the back
  • Brakes Standard
  • Wheels & Tyres 8j wellers whith slight stretch
  • Bodywork & Exterior Standard other than morrette headlights.
    I now have an adjustable fibreglass front blade. Air ducts in the heads. With winglets, rear defuser and fibreglass panels on the way.
  • Interior & ICE havent got round to getting a head unit yet so, its worst than standard
  • Comments & Plans First up, probably the uprate the brakes, then I want to get some mild-ish cams then eventually either ITBs or a charger. Plans are now to biuld another gti6 with forged oversized pistons, lightened fly wheel, cams, knife edged crank ect. for a high and fast revving engine. And strip the interior and going for a time attack look.
