Mi16/s16 Collets Help

I'm building my head back up after replacing the stem seals and re-lapping the valves, my problem is one of the collets decided it was going to ping half way across my workshop, ricochet off the wall and fly straight out of the door.

 

If anyone has some spares or knows where I can get these from i would very much appreciate you pointing me in the right direction.

You can probably get them from Peugeot, but I'm sure someone on here has a stack of them somewhere.

Ive got a few spares I can send you, only thing is im working away until saturday 17th so wouldnt be able to post them until then.

I did this on 8v head many years ago

 

just took an example of one to the local place that does head skimming etc

they gave me a cple
