Whats A Xsara Vts Worth In Parts (minus Engine)

Evening all,

 

Quick question, seeing as they fetch no more than £900 what are the spare parts of a xsara VTS worth.

 

It seems like a good idea to buy a Xsara, take the engine out and anything else required for the conversion and then sell the rest of the car as parts ... is this somthing that you guys already do and if so, what sort of return can you get on the parts.

i got about £450 or so back on the xsara i broke but i've still got a few bits left and haven't sold the calipers/shocks which would fetch about another £100 or so
