Petrol Cap

Recommended Posts

mainline

The second key for our 1.1 Trio learner mobile has gone missing. We can get into the car, start it up, lock the doors, but unfortunately the key we have got now won't fit the petrol cap. I think it is a badly cut copy as it won't fit the boot either.

Not too bothered about the boot, but how can I get it the petrol cap off (its locked) ?? Any ideas? Clearly going at it with an angle grinder isn't a good plan, so i'm a bit stumped.

Obviously PM me if its not the kind of technique that belongs in a public forum.

Cheers

Ian

I don't suppose you have the original service book? often the key numbers have been written in them and keys can be replaced by peugeot - otherwise, as said , screwdriver in lock
