Tubular Wishbone Project

Or use a spherical bearing in a housing and a multi-piece wishbone like mine, that way you can get proper castor correction on there as well as camber.

Need to get some FEA software on this machine I think so I can show you!

That's definitely the best solution. I was thinking as I wrote that last reply that you would be best off using a spherical for the inboard rear and outboard, and possibly a rod end for the inboard front to get track / camber adjustability. You can then have separate front and rear links and use a rod end in the end of the rear link to give castor adjustability as that will always be loaded in compression. Of course that all depends on what anti-roll bar you're using!
