Iron Block Mi16 Headbolt Tightening Method

Anyone know the headbolt tightening method for the XU10J4's? I gather its quite different to the 1.9 ally block Mi16 but don't know how it differs.

 

Really hoping to get the head on my engine tonight but want to make sure i do things correctly!

 

Any info greatly appreciated!

Stage 1 40 Nm, Stage 2 75 Nm, Stage 3 Angle tighten 165 degrees.

 

Tightening sequence the same as the alloy blocks.

 

The cam cap's also have a tightening sequence.
