autograsser 0 Posted November 3, 2008 in the process of stripping a 1,6gti and have come accoss 2 parts the same one is clip to the radiator and one oder the n/s headlight, now the look like some kind off resistor or sensor?? there about 2-3'' long and round with 2 wires coming off them. any ideas?? autograsser 0 Posted November 4, 2008 sorry more q's this timr relays theres 3 all in all that im not sure of?? 1st is attched right near the ecu 2nd is a green relay attached to a green plug near the header tank 3rd is a small black relay attached to the coil pack (doesnt look origainal) sorry if these are dumb ass questions jus need to work out what i do and dont need pretty sharpish Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Goes to pump via a fuse in the glovebox fusebox according to the haynes manual i was looking at the tachymetric realy feeds the fuel pump through a fuse with no mention a fuel pump relay in the diagram???? it just shows the wire go into the fuse board from the tachymetric relay through a fuse the back out to the pump!! is this right??? if not would it still work as im cutting my loom right back and if i dont need a seperate fuel pump relay i aint fitting one Edited November 5, 2008 by autograsser Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
