Eeeeeeek Help!

I'm finally trying to replace the copper washer for the injectors on my Turbo diesel.

 

I've got the fireseals out but the copper ones just won't come out. B) Bits are starting to come off and I'm very worried they will end up in the engine

 

Is there a way you are supposed to do this? I hate the 405 so muchhhhhhh. ;)

Tried cranking the engine over with the injectors out, try and "blow" them free??

They were properly stuck, got them out now with brute force (hammer and screwdriver) though I did damge the seat of the seal slightly im hoping the copper seal should sort that out. Either way it runs fine and isn't leaking...

 

Just hoping it will start fine from now on in. :wacko:
