Engine Choice

im now starting to look for a engine for my 205

 

make doesnt matter,i was thinking about dropping a cosworth lump in the front

 

does any one know of any other 2ltr 16 turbo enignes that would be good to put in her?

 

any idea's would be good

major surgery tho. but then if a straight six supra lump can be squidged in for drag racing (graned, there wasn't a lot of 205 left in that one), and a 3.0 V6 can fit in without completely destroying it, a flat 4 should be possible.

1.8T 20v VAG engine. I was going to do it to my own 205, but due to the cost of racing will just have to settle for a GTI6 lump instead.

i want to run the car in nsscc eventually so needs to be reasonably sensible :)

 

VAG engine sounds good to me though

cheaper to get a t16 in the 205 than a cossie thoe.

and still a easy conversion.

Enginewise there's probably someone somewhere who has done it,from cossie to the Nissan sr20 engine........its just a case of how deep your pockets are and what kind of car you want to end up with??

a good mix or track and drag really

 

about 250bhp safely with out blowing it up all the time and maybe the abilitly to run 300 if i want <_<
