Gti6 Exhaust Manifold Onto S16 205

Hi, I have fitted a 306 gti6 manifold to my S16 engine that I am fitting to my 205, I have already re-angled the exhaust by removing 4mm from it, but it still does not fit in the car, it is still hitting the top of the bulk head.

 

Does anyone know exactly how much needs to be taken out of the manifold to get it to fit corectly?

 

Any help or guidence would be appreciated!

have you done anything about the port mismatch?

The ports wont match!

Then you have the problem of how close it runs to the water pipes on the back of the block.

Bad idea realy.
