Hi ,is it possible to squeeze 300 bhp out of either an MI16 or GTi6 engine??

And also is there a 4wd train that will fit into a 205???

I'm sure a turbo/ super charger will get you there quite nicely!

Getting 300 bhp or more is expensive but very much possible, will need frequent rebuilds etc, But the cheap option is a Turbo which will get there without any problems at all, Just need a decent gearbox

I think the uglyness is one of the big attractions

The other big attraction is not having to chop out the floor and weld in a transmission tunnel!

how about chopping the top off the 205 and welding it to the bottom of the pulsar?

best of both worlds

wouldnt that be like going back in time  very retro, could you imagine going to jap fest in it :blush:

i could only compare that to people going back to using those phones that delboy was trying to sell on only fools and horses instead of an iphone

I have all the transmission parts that you would need to do the conversion. Gearbox, transfer box, front drive shafts, prop shaft and the whole rear assy. Give me a PM if your interested.

The std 2WD Gearbox is only really any good to 240bhp any more and they start breaking and with the x4 being even more fragile I'd stick to 2WD personally, Dangle do better conversion's which don;t use the huge 405 rear end you'll find them via Google.
