I've managed to get hold of the tensioner set up from a rallye but i can't figure out how it fits to the engine, so if anyone has a pic of it i would be greatful.

You still need pas pump for this set up,are you running p.a.s ?

Yup, its a road car so i want to keep it really.

That looks like the lower "P.a.s" pump mount for an S16 the rallye one is a full size one like the Gti6 mount just witha different idler and tensioner on it along witha shorter belt,you'll find it wont fit with the alloy sump.

as Whizzer mentioned, that's from an S16 or 2.0 Mi16, which requires either a steel sump to be fitter or the alloy sump to be modified.

 

the pas pump sits at the bottom with the alternator above, you'll also need to bracket from the top as well as this part as there's a brace to hold the alternator on there as well.
