Glue For Rear Trim Badges

Recommended Posts

davemar

I've just replaced my rear plastic boot panel, which required removing the stuck-on badges. What glue shall I use to stick them back? It'll have to be sturdy but allow them to be pulled off again.

I used clear silicone myself, but perhaps if i had black I would have used that.

I got the "Peugeot" stuck with black silicone and the "205" with brown as the black was finished! ..... the "Peugeot" looks much nicer ;)

I used double sided tape, like a foamy stuff from local motorfactors........... trimmed it to size with stanley knife. Looked awesome.
