Can I Fit A Standard Clutch Cover To Ebc Organic

I've got a EBC organic uprated clutch fitted at the moment and have found that the clutch is very heavy. To rectify this i was hoping to be able to keep the EBC clutch plate but get a standard cover. Can i do this?
