My Car Is Kangarooing?

Recommended Posts

chadney123

I was driving in town to day and my car started kangarooing, i no 205 GTIs are known for this, but this is far worse and it feels like it will stall.

Also i was driving today and the oil pressure was between 0 and the 1/4 mark, and the oil pressure light can on and told me to stop.

I dont no if these 2 are connected in any way?

If your car is kangarooing and the stop light has come on...

Then you should have stopped. The pressure guage and stop light are running on two seperate circuits, so for both of them to fail is unlikely.

Engine temperatures normal?

I assume you have oil in it? And that the oil is good?

Yeah oil is good, and new a few months back, i did stop the car for a few mins then started her up again. But the car was still kangarooing and the oil pressure was low.
