Engine Block Paint Spary Advice

hello peeps

 

basically a bought some matt black heat rest spray paint for my block, sprayed it, and i have found the alloy block is making white power, maybe it breathing, and its coming through my paint.

 

is there anyway of stopping this white power coming through, i believe its natural for alloy blocks to do this.

ps can the engine block be easly painted when in the car?

mnes dont the same and iv just ignored it lol, iv oftern thought wether it would be possible to anodise the block of an mi16, would look awsome!!
