Weber Inlet Manifold Fiiting Problem

Recommended Posts

projectpug

Hi all,

Well aftera long freezing cold stint in the garage the webers are now on the manifold and attached to the head , i have a d6b engine in mine at the moment and the alternator bracket was totally different to the one on my spare d6a so i swapped this over and the manifold still wouldnt fit on. So after getting the grinder out i now have 1/2 a alternator mounting and the weber then had clearance to fit. Has anyone else had this problem when fitting the manifold with it catching on the alternator mounting?

Cheers

Phil
