Un-lowering My Rear Beam

hi all

 

I want to un lower my car, front easy, rear im not sure, not to standard hight but maybe a -15mm drop, its about -35 at the mo

 

is it a fairly easy task? and is there an idiot guide anywhere, Iv got the refurb guide from many years back but dosent really help me

 

any info welcome
