Recommended Posts

just about to replace the rear discs and pads,

putting ds3000 pads on, but what disc's???

do i buy brembo dics's from GSF or are there some grooved or drilled one's i should use instead.???

currently running std gti-6 disc's upfront with ds3000 pads.

Brembo ones are good enough.

Its all down to what pads you use :)

ok cheers

and there's no problem there :D

was my last track day for 2007 yesterday at donnington, and braking with just the fronts is awesome (as rear are std and tired), outbraking many many cars, including a caged and stripped 306 gti-6, then just sailed passed on the straight :)

will put vids up later :)

buy standard ones - theres really no point in drilled disks with modern pad compounds..

as above, just stick with good quality plain discs.

i personally wouldnt bother with ds3000's on the rear either as you'll struggle to get them up to temp. the ds2500s will be perfectly ample for the rear of a 205
