Lowering My Rear Torson Bar Assistance Needed In East Anglia

Can anyone reccommend to me someone that would be able to sort out my rear torson bar?

I have put some some new springs on the front today with 'silent running' but don't fancy trying to lower the rear.

I don't think that it is seized but I may just be hoping too much.

The car is in Bury St Edmunds but am willing to travel to get it sorted, I would naturally pass their hand with silver for the job.
