Can a universal fuel pressure regulator be used on its own to bring the fuel pressure down?

also just to add to this as i didnt think it was worth starting a new topic but what do bike carbs sound like in comparison to webers/ throttle bodies? as ive never heard a set in real life

they sound just like carbs do.they sound ace at high rpm tho.mine sounds like ive got 4 induction kits.makes ppl's head turn when you over take them

Does anyone have this r1 carb refurb guide that they can scan in. I went into the newsagents to get a copy and could only find the sept/oct edition and it didnt seem to be in there.

 

I have just got a set of r1 carbs and this would be a great help.

Link doesnt seem to work! Is this the guide out of total kit car? as i already have the other one that has been posted on here before. Just wanted to see if there was any more information in the total kit car article.
