Recommended Posts

Yet another 2.0 turbo topic

Trying to wire up the oil sensors.. Ive got one sensor just to the side of the alternator. I presume this is the oil presure warning light ?

On the back of the 2.0 block there is a screw in sensor, the screws into the block.. .It has 2 wires and is some kind of oil sensor.. Anybody know what this is ?

Cheers

Well mine doesnt send a signal very far :) - Traced it back yesterday to the loom, and the connection plug between the engine bay loom plug and the plug that leads back into the car ( used the 605 loom ).. the wires goto the plug on the engine bay side, but there arent any connectors on the other side of the loom oe look face on at the plug and its missing the connection metal slots on the connection for those 2 wires :)

Not sure why pug would do this. :(
