Have you modified the inlet ports (ie valve throat) a lot?

 

Nope, the inlet ports are not significantly enlarged, just a little porting and the big valves.

 

I think it's best just to get the emerald upgraded to K3, so I can get the AFR sorted first.

Then take it from there.

Headwork was done by a local enginebuilder here in Norway, with no flow-bench so no idea if it's good or not.

Hilgert made a video he put on youtube.

It's not a 2.4 litre though but most of the other specs are correct.

 

And the @ wheel figures are on the high side too.
