Solid Aluminium Lower Engine Mount ?

I have never experienced these before but I imagine would be very harsh in a road car. Probably good for a track biased car. In my track car i'm using a BBM group N plus 20% stiffer and it is very good. No engine movement. Obviously vibrates a lot but I quite like it!

to be honest the vibration isnt really a factor as its not a day to day car , it is only a toy , driven to the trackdays and back, then garaged until the next playtime

It's all bit catch 22, if you go solid there really all the other's should be done to match as the engine will still move,
