Adding An Xud7te Intercooler On To An Xud7t Engine

While at the scrappy, I managed to acquire an intercooler and rad and loads of pipes and the plastic manifold fitting from a rover 218 (which has the XUD7TE engine in). The rad/intercooler combo on the rover is around teh same size as my standard rad on my XRDT so I should be able to squeeze it in without too much trouble (fingers crossed). The idea being I will be able to squeeze a few more BHP from this beastie.

 

Now it theory it will work if it will fit, but does anyone have any top tips before I start ripping the car apart? Any special parts or things needed? Finally, does the XUD7TE turbo run at a higher boost than the XUD7T, as the power figures say the XUD7TE has 90bhp compared to the 75bhp of the XUD7T.
