The dimma i have just bought has got a dimma plate on. A19 DMA has any of you dimma lads seen it at any shows? its metallic burgundy and apparently used to go to show and shine.

regards david.

git6boy are the image wheels identical to the diima split rims?

regards david

I believe Image and Compomotive were the original suppliers but that info came from gti6boys g/f on PSOOC so I am prepared to be shot down in flames

Really great project you have here, a true dream 205. But I wanted to know, will you make it 4x4 or will it stay two wheel drive?

That´s a pity i´d say, because with that heavy turbo engine and the cage the car looses it´s excellent driving qualities. The front end will become too heavy . But hey, at least it´ll be great fun on the straights

It wont loose its handling? People say that about every 205 conversion but i can still throw my cars round cornes just as well as before.

Plus the dimma is 250kg heavier than the 205 so will counteract the weight

205kg? That includes bodykit, cage, t15 engine etc?

Dimma kit itself(only bodypanels) should not weigh over 20-40kg, since they are from plastic

I must say, I've been really really looking forward to the update on this. You clearly prepare to a level we mere mortals don't understand!!

Please don't let the bastards get you down, like Rubyna said - I'd be amazed if your wheels don't turn up

- - - - looking forward to a happy ending

Dave

(and yes - I am keeping a look out on a daily basis)

That's really s*itty man, soo sorry. Luckily the wheels are pretty rear and probably it were some lowlife crooks who did it. I hope they aren't cleaver enough to do smth else with the wheels than just try to sell them on a market or to some spareparts dealer. That way they'll come out to daylight definitely. You should also spread the word around about the incident, so that everyone will know what's the deal when they hear or see smth.

Really hope you'll solve this problem somehow, because this project really was, is and will be the one and only to look out on.

really sorry to hear you had your wheels nicked, are these them?

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Peugeot-205-GTI-MI16...=item19bad7590d

the seller claims that they were made for the T16! which is of course not the case, and were on his 't16' which has now been scrapped...? yeh right, seems that the seller doesnt really know what they are on about!
