Advise On 3 Angle Valve Seats For The Mi16v

Ive just dropped my new 528 Cat Cams of with my engineer who has got to cut the required 3 angle valve seats for me ,basically can you advise me or pass on link's as to optimum valve seat cut angles and other detailed valve seat information ?

What angles are required for the best results.

as a rule of thumb i think it's 30, 45 and 60, intended to create more of around profile.
