Valve Spring Compressor - Which Size Do I Need?

I need to buy some valve spring compessors and don't know which size I need.

Will 10" do and should I look behond eBay for a good deal?

Bought mine off ebay, been quite happy with it. Trouble is with things like this is everyone else seems to want what you're after, so once you've added postage, you haven't saved that much over new. That said it is delivered to your door.

If buying off ebay, check that it's a good make, eg Sykes Pickavant, & that it hasn't been hammered or used so much it's worn out.

Aim is to buy a quality tool secondhand for the same price as a new mickey mouse one, or less if you're lucky!

try screwfix. mines similer to the one above, was about £35. they didn't have it in stock (when i was there) so it was delivered next day free of charge.
