Aparentely u can buy software CDs on ebay tht do it :S either that or get to a car auction, I know our local car auction will decode stereos

Take the stereo out and check a previous owner has helpfully written it on the case. Unless its one of those standard fit stereos that is part of the dash that is???

I got one of those cds off ebay when I needed a code for my mums 206, it was no use though because it only worked up to year 2000 cars.

I have a mate in a garage who used to charge £15 for codes, he did it for our Escort van a few years back and I wrote it on the back of the stereo. I can ask him if you like.

(in the 80's B) we used to put them in the freezer wrapped in a plastic bag....never worked)

found a website, where you the serial number on ad they give you the code, worked first time

 

and FREE
